Brushfire of Freedom
The Irritable Pundit
Sarah Palin.
Never has a name stirred up so much angst among the left. Andrew Sullivan, the celebrated and slightly mad blogger (currently at the Atlantic) is a perfect example. Insistent that Trig is actually Sarah's daughter's child (hence Sarah Palin's grandchild) to the point of publishing innumerable screeds describing her body and focusing more on her sexual activities than any self-professed gay man should. I, irritably, originally ascribed it to standard leftist politics and an unhealthy dose of hate, self and otherwise. Now however, it is seems more likely to be "liberal womb-envy".
I know, I know. You have never heard the term and are aghast, confused, and yet titillated. I can hear you all crying to the heavens in unison, "IP! You scandalous dog! What brilliant yet ultimately non-PC charge are you about to make?"
Just this. The virulence of liberals goes up in intensity in equal measure to the diminishing likelihood of the liberal complainant actually procreating. That is, the smaller the chance they can successfully carry their own genome into the future, the less pleasant they are likely to be.
It would graph like this.
Now assigning values to each quadrant we can easily fill out the archetypes within each group. Like this.

Those in the upper right have "liberal womb-envy" as they are, by and large, liberals who can not hope to procreate absent medical, alcoholic or divine intervention. As such they are driven to attack those in the lower left, who are generally normal every-day salt-of-the-earth types awash in good looks and good sense, you know, conservatives. The only support the womb-envious have is the equally nasty upper left also known as "the beautiful but bitchy". While the lower left are supported by the lower right in a joining of "nice hot people + nice people". Interestingly, the truly nice do not care too much for beauty as anything other than a bonus. While the truly nasty are not impressed by anything but cash. So, a shlub with a hot wife is either A) Someone from the lower right, who met someone from the lower left that saw his heart, or B) Someone from the upper right, who met someone from the upper left who saw his bank account.
To make it a bit more easy to grasp, lets view some obvious entries in the graph.
It all makes sense now doesn't it? Just ignore their jealousy-driven lunacy. As an aside, I should note that there was one outlier that came in so far to the right and up, that I excluded it from the examples above.
That is all for now dear friends! Ta Ta!
